On 4th April 2009,

Boon Lay Concert Band had their very last band practice with the sec fours and fives. I really treasured this day. We still have 2 more days and band practices won't be the same again.mind you. i'm seriously gonna miss all the sec fours especially Nur Atiqah Syahirah. She was the one that made me happy with the clarinetists.Well, actually. everyone in the clarinet section always made my day.especially the 2nds.wooh.yea.it was so fun.

the last band practice before SYF today was TREMENDOUSLY great.well, Mrs Chee was with us for the whole day. It was funny too.we had combine after lunch.all the way to four pm.I think, our combine today was a blast. Both set piece and choice piece were good.and i think it improved from yesterday.we were loud.i like it.Mrs Chee briefed us on what's going to happen on Monday. It seems to be a hard day. and i don't know whether i should take my retest on 2.4km. if i run on monday, I would be sweaty and sticky and it wouldn't feel nice.If I run, i would smell bad and i won't feel good for SYF. If I run, i wish i could go home and take a quick shower.babi punya namdi. why don't retest on Tuesday? asshole.now i've got a hard time wether I should run or not run on monday.asshole.
back to band. after going through both pieces again and again, we played Overture No. 1 For Wind Band and Eiger for the last time today. All the 2nd clarinetists closed their file and played freely.we memorised.Overture was great.we played well.Eiger was bad and super funny. Intro was alright.but when it came to the flute solo, Atiqah played a few wrong notes which were totally obvious and made me laugh throughout the whole piece. When it comes to the ending, I stopped laughing and continued to follow the band. Again, Atiqah played a few wrong notes and I ended up laughing all the way until dismissal time.HAHA!.her wrong notes were so obvious.haha.
After band, most sections stayed back for some prep talk. As usual, clarinetists will always stay back. So, the graduating clarinetists set on one place and made a speech about them graduating. Saying goodbye,Thank You and Sorry. The speech they made were so touching.I almost cried.I don't know if you guys saw my eyes wet.haha.but luckily the tears didn't flow.heeh.
i feel sorry for Siew May as she couldn't go back to saxophone.I'm sorry siew may.I know she felt bad just now.but,cheer up okay,clarinet isn't that bad.well,first impression,yes it is.but,as we go along.it'll be great.don't be sad yeah.
Anyway, after those sad speech, we as a clarinet section, took some pictures together.i'll upload it next time.pictures are currently in syahirah's phone.
well.quite alot of shouting just now.was great and fun.
I can see the graduating members trying to cherish every minute of today.
hmm.
i really am gonna miss being with the clarinets.since i'm going back to saxophone.
well.stop thinking about that and think about Monday!
its SYF!.omg.
i think our band is well prepared. although i don't think we might get our silver back.
anyways. i just wanna say this to any BLCB members reading this post.
Every Laughter/happiness ends with a disaster. so what i'm trying to say is.Just don't get your hopes too high for this year's SYF.It might just turn out badly.



i don't know why but I can't wait for SYF.heeh.
